Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist - Calm, Supportive Environment Deep Kneads Massage is a locally owned massage therapy clinic focused on creating a peaceful, professional experience for both our clients and our team. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized front desk receptionist who enjoys a calm environment and values meaningful, low-stress work. This role is ideal for a stay-at-home parent, semi-retired individual, college student, or someone simply looking to get out of the house a few hours a week, enjoy adult conversation, and be part of a kind, respectful workplace. Schedule Consistent Saturday coverage required
Mornings:
8:00/8:30 AM - 12:00/1:00
PM Evenings:
4:00pm-8:00pm (Mon-Fri) Occasional fill-in other shifts for vacations or sick days This is a part-time position (8-15 hours per week). Hours are not fixed—start and end times will change daily depending on client appointments scheduled each day . Flexibility required. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and professionally Answer phones and assist with scheduling Check clients in and out and process payments Keep the front desk and common areas tidy and welcoming Fold laundry and assist with light office upkeep Communicate clearly and kindly with therapists and clients Who This Role Is Great For Someone who is organized, reliable, and calm under pressure A parent looking for flexible, predictable hours A retired or semi-retired individual who enjoys helping people Someone comfortable with computers, phones, and learning simple systems A friendly presence who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere This Role is NOT Be a
