Join Our Growing Team in Post Falls! IPC is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in our new Post Falls office. This role is an essential part of the patient experience and serves as the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, outgoing, organized, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate understands how important first impressions are and takes pride in creating a warm, positive, and professional environment for every patient and family who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and general questions Maintain patient records and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information Coordinate front office workflow and patient communication Assist with appointment scheduling and office organization Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members Help maintain a positive, patient-centered office environment Support clinic operations and daily administrative needs Provide patients with a calm, friendly, and caring experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous medical office, receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare experience strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Dependable with strong follow-through Why Join IPC?
