Job Description

Primary Therapy Source is looking for someone to join our team as a scheduler/receptionist for our Twin Falls location. Primary Therapy Source is the leading pediatric therapy clinic in Southern Idaho. We offer physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy to people of all ages in our community. We have grown to over 20 therapists in total, and with this growth comes the need to add more talented staff to our team. The right person will enjoy a fun-filled environment and feel satisfaction from their work. The primary responsibility of this full-time Scheduler/Receptionist position is to provide the best service to our customers by creating a positive first impression and excellent customer service to each one of our patients and their families.
Duties include:
Register patients by handling patient insurance and other information Maintain confidentiality while handling medical information Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals within the organization Mail paperwork to patients, doctors and other facilities as needed File paperwork and other materials as directed Other duties and responsibilities as needed Skills and Education/Experience needed: Excellent attention to detail skills Time management skills Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills Basic to intermediate computer skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience handling patient insurance and other information: 1 Year (preferred) Previous experience in medical office: 1 Year (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required
