Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Illinois. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive first impression, managing calls efficiently, and keeping the office running smoothly. The person in this role will interact with visitors, assist with incoming correspondence, and help maintain a well-organized office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and attentive manner while directing them appropriately upon arrival.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls promptly, and route each call to the correct contact or department.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries to support efficient office operations.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area for patients, guests, and staff.
  • Provide general front-office assistance, including responding to routine inquiries and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate visitor access and assist with preparations related to office inspections when required.
