Perform duties to provide administrative and secretarial support to building staff. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are willing to accept assignments on a regular basis and work throughout the district. Work history will be monitored so we can keep an active and robust list.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS COULD INCLUDE
Plan, organize, maintain and update a variety of files, records and databases. Greet visitors, students, and staff, answer incoming telephone calls, provide appropriate information or take message and refer to appropriate staff. Record staff attendance. Arrange substitutes for planned absences and coordinate staff coverage. Prepare correspondence, reports, documents and memos working from notes and direction. Compose routine correspondence on own. Work effectively with staff to coordinate and establish work schedules for planned projects. Handle bussing questions and resolve problems. Use personal computer and general office equipment. Demonstrate proficiency using the technology and computer-based programs provided by the District. Use these programs to effectively manage and organize files, communication, records and databases. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google applications, strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to assist where needed.Rate of pay:
$19.63/hourWorking Conditions:
