In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth salon functioning, creating a positive first impression and supporting daily administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients upon arrival and offer beverages Check guests in and out efficiently using our booking software Recommend service upgrades and add-ons based on clients' needs Book, reschedule, and optimize appointments Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, and service notes Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries Educate clients about services, salon policies, and pricing Handle scheduling conflicts calmly and professionally Monitor guest wait times and maintain proper spacing between services Communicate with technicians regarding service timing and client turnover Keep the front desk clean, organized, and professionally presented Assist with daily opening and closing procedures Provide warm, attentive customer service throughout every client's visit
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality Quick learner who works well in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using booking software, phones, and text messaging Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or receptionist experience is preferred Speaking Spanish is a plus

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
