Receptionist Kress Corporation is looking for a full time or part time Receptionist to join our dynamic administrative team! (This position may be filled as either a full-time or part-time role based on business needs and the qualifications of the selected candidate. Benefits are available to employees hired into full-time positions.) Our receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support daily business functions. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Kress visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Provide information to visitors, clients, and employees as needed Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms Assist with data entry, filing, and document management Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices or tracking expenses Support HR or management with administrative tasks as required Ensure compliance with office security procedures, including visitor sign-in processesQualifications•High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred 2+ year's previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred Familiarity with office procedures and customer service best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors efficiently Solid general knowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresKress Benefits•Group Health Insurance including Prescriptions Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Kress Corporation is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
