This role is central to our sales process — you'll set leads, coordinate appointments, and ensure every client interaction reflects the quality of our brand. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants to build real business, sales-support, and customer-experience skills in a fast-moving, growth-oriented small business. Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Experience Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads via phone, email, and web inquiries Qualify and set appointments for Sales Associates; manage the appointment calendar Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction Handle client communications, including payment confirmations and thank-you/referral outreach Front Office & Sales Support Greet all clients and visitors professionally; answer and route phone calls, take detailed messages Learn and maintain working product knowledge to assist clients with initial selections Prepare and organize sales folders and paperwork for Sales Associates Maintain and organize the showroom, displays, and product samples Administrative & Office Operations Support special projects including marketing initiatives, mailings, and filing Maintain office and cleaning supply inventory and place replenishment orders General administrative support using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Conduct basic online research as needed (competitors, vendors, materials) Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer/internet research skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Positive, professional attitude with a genuine interest in customer service Team player who is comfortable both greeting clients and handling behind-the-scenes coordination Prior office, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus, but not required What We Offer Employee benefits Hands-on training in sales support and lead management A collaborative, team-oriented office environment Room to grow within a well-established regional franchise
