5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience About the Opportunity Grayson Search Partners is partnering with a great company in Romeoville, IL to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced AR professional who has a strong background working in a high-volume environment and is looking for a position with long-term potential. The company is looking to move quickly, making this a time-sensitive opportunity for someone who is available to start soon. What You'll Do Manage a high volume of accounts receivable activity Process payments and cash applications Handle account reconciliations and research discrepancies Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with collections and aging reports Review and process invoices Research and resolve billing and payment issues Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payments Maintain accurate customer account records Work closely with internal teams to resolve AR-related issues What We're Looking For 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Strong experience working in a high-volume AR environment Experience with cash applications, reconciliations, collections, and invoicing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred Compensation & Benefits $27-$31 hour, based on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Fully on-site in Romeoville, IL Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for permanent placement Benefits available through Grayson Search Partners while on temporary assignment Benefits may include applicable healthcare, paid time off, and other available employee benefits; eligibility and specific offerings are subject to the applicable Grayson Search Partners plan and assignment terms.
