Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing accurate information or routing them efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and ensuring proper setup of conference rooms.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Provide support to the finance department with clerical tasks as needed.
- Ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
