In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth office functioning, supporting administrative tasks and maintaining a professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact, creating a positive impression and fostering efficient office workflows. Duties Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining records Assist with office duties such as filing systems, and document proofreading verify insurance and eligibility Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity collect copays, deductibles send faxes , speak to other providers offices, hospitals, pharmacy as needed assist providers and Medical assistants as needed Experience Prior office experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills for client communication and customer support are essential Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
