From A to Z, Landmark will take into account all facets of your project, from job permitting, to installation coordination- we are the 'one-stop-shop' for residential and commercial construction jobs. We are committed to providing clients with an easy, efficient, cost effective, no-pressure sales approach to help make your home a Landmark. Overview We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for Saturday coverage. In this role, you will manage front desk, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise.
Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and offering a friendly, professional welcome. Answering and routing phone calls, emails, and messages. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience is a plus Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, patience, and clear communication.

From $21.00 per hour
