As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence for patients, visitors, and staff. You will manage access, provide directions, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with site personnel. PM What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare facility front desk by greeting visitors, patients, staff, and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials and/or appointments in accordance with site-specific policies, and direct individuals to appropriate destinations. Carry out security-related procedures, including visitor registration, badge issuance, key control, and documentation of daily activities and incidents. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual behavior, access concerns, or policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated client contacts.Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
