Position Summary Under the direction of the Administrator, you assume responsibility for the clerical operations of the facility. This includes providing clerical support to all disciplines, accounts payable, purchasing and overseeing the front desk operations. This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies.
Shift:
Rotating shifts Job Description Acts appropriately under the of the Administrator Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to facility needs Provides clerical support to the Administrator and respective disciplines Assist with answering phones, running facility errand and maintaining personnel files Demonstrate responsibility for purchasing and accounts payable for all departments Updates and preserves all current facility contracts Maintains and updates all physician licensure, credentials and insurance information Interacts with residents, family members, co-workers, clinical and ancillary staff Addresses family satisfaction issues immediately and assists in resolving the matter in a professional manner Participates as assigned in the orientation of new staff and demonstrates a positive attitude Benefits Competitive salary starting at $15.00 an hour Medical, Dental & Vision plans 401K Vacation time Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Positive work environment Regular staff appreciation and recognition Qualifications High School diploma Business background, typing skills and computer knowledge Celebrate Senior Living of Moline is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
