At IVme Wellness + Aesthetics , we're reimagining what proactive healthcare looks like and we're looking for a friendly, driven Front Desk Representative to join our growing team at IVme in Downtown Naperville. As a doctor-led medical center, IVme combines medical expertise, hospitality, and innovation to help our patients look, feel, and perform their best. From IV hydration and NAD+ therapy to GLP-1 weight loss , hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic skincare, our mission is to empower every patient to live unstoppable. What You'll Do Be the welcoming face of IVme

• greeting patients, managing check-ins, and creating a seamless experience.

Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with warmth and efficiency. Support daily clinic operations, maintain organization, and assist with inventory. Deliver exceptional service and help patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with basic computing and scheduling software.
