Primary Responsibilities:
Receive visitors and telephone calls with appropriate greetings and connect them to the proper party. Write messages with necessary information and distribute them to the appropriate parties. Help administrative staff and Department Heads with typing and clerical duties. Hand out applications and reference check forms for job applicants. Have working knowledge of computers. Perform other duties as requested by the Administrator.
Specific Duties:
General Monitor the front desk. Assist the public and the residents in a courteous manner. Answer the phone, write messages with necessary information and distribute to appropriate parties. Keep front area neat and tidy. Monitor supplies, including conducting inventory and ordering. Monitor office equipment, i.e. fax machine, computer, copier, etc. Coordinate the distribution of all mail: {=html} 1. Incoming mail distribute 2. Outgoing mail address and postage {=html} 1. 1. Maintain original copies of all forms. 2. Maintain tracking forms for residents and employees. 3. Maintain sign-in sheet for lobby. 4. Maintain office files. 5. Monitor postage. 6. Handout and collect applications from possible new employees. 7. Order nametags for new employees. 8. Assist MDS Coordinator by notifying responsible party of scheduled dfsdfsdfcare plan meeting, per letter.
