Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday 4:00 pm-8:30 pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Greeting students and parents
- Taking payments for tuition and dancewear
- Registration assistance for customers
- Give prospective new parents/dancers tours
- Data entry
- Social Media updates (Facebook/Instagram)
Billing:
contacting customers with past due accounts- Being the go-to person for parents who have questions
- Answering phones and emails
- Filing
- New student inquiries
- phone, email, and in person
- Light cleaning and keeping the studio tidy and organized
- Opening and closing the studio (when needed)
- Costume measuring and ordering
- Keeping an eye on students who stay at the studio between classes
- Studio errands
