Secretary/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm welcome as well as providing general administrative support to management and owner. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, creating a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant tasks as needed Support office management activities Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously Requirements Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) Experience operating multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and patience in handling inquiries Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Ability to work in a construction based environment.
