Job Description
Job Overview Dr. Needleman DPM is a podiatrist who has been serving the community for over 30 years and is looking for a detail-oriented receptionist to join his small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional service to our patients. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and respond to any inquiries. Ability to answer questions about our office, and be able to provide callers our office information if needed. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records. Keep office sanitized and organized. Take messages if needed and direct them to appropriate person. Assist with other daily tasks if needed Qualifications Quick learner who can easily adapt to our in office medical computer program. Experience as a receptionist will greatly advantage you, but it is not required for this position. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Works well with others.
