Greet and interact with residents, guests, and team members in a friendly and professional manner Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing reports Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available Respond to resident and community requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills Perform other duties as required or needed
