Join Our Team! D'Orazio Ford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you! This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a professional, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Process customer payments accurately Balance daily cash and credit card transactions Prepare receipts and paperwork Assist the service and sales departments with administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized front reception area File documents and assist with light office duties Provide outstanding customer service to every guest Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus) Ability to multitask in a busy environment Previous cashier, receptionist, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-30 hours per week Evening and Saturday availability preferred Flexible scheduling available Benefits Competitive hourly pay Friendly, family-oriented work environment Paid training Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Opportunity for additional hours and career growth Why D'Orazio Ford?
