Job Description
Job Summary Nugen Law is a fast-paced law firm seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Assistant "Client Concierge" to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be computer literate, and have a passion for supporting both clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multiple incoming calls per day and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized office environment, including maintenance of lobby, conference rooms, managing schedules and appointments. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite of software products and software unique to the legal community. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient operations. Experience Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy and ability to learn new and unique software. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks. TRAINING FOR THIS ROLL WILL BE BETWEEN 60-90 DAYS IN AUBURN, INDIANA PRIOR TO MOVING PERMANENTLY TO FORT WAYNE LOCATION. HEALTH INSURANCE NOT PROVIDED.
