This role supports agents and staff by providing excellent customer service, managing communications, and handling daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls professionally. Greet clients and visitors and provide a welcoming experience. Schedule and confirm appointments. Take accurate messages and follow up as needed. Assist with client requests and direct insurance questions to licensed agents. Manage emails, documents, scanning, filing, and data entry. Maintain accurate client records and office organization. Support agents and management with administrative tasks. Protect confidential client and company information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish. Strong communication and phone etiquette skills. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
