JOB RESPONSIBILIIES

Answering and handling multiple phone lines in a professional manner Main lobby operations- check-ins, check-outs & answering general client questions in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling Escort clients and patients to exam rooms Educating clients on products and refilling medications Maintaining front office and reception areas Basic computer operation with Cornerstone software Handling financial transactions Strong organizational and communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

Able to work

Saturdays Customer Service:

1 year (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
