Summary We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Habitat for Humanity of St. Joseph County. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing essential administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our office. Your contributions will directly support our mission of building homes and communities. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with phone systems and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Support office management functions to ensure efficient operations. Help organize events and community outreach initiatives as needed. Requirements Proven experience in customer support or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in calendar management and scheduling. Basic computer skills; familiarity with office software is a plus. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
