Full-Time About the Role The Grove Estate is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars. Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Support the property management team with general office duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
