We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers, answering and directing incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the front reception area remains welcoming and organized. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression while supporting multiple departments within the dealership. Responsibilities Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and copying documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records as needed. Support dealership staff with various clerical duties and special projects. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
