Job Description
Full-Time / Monday-Friday / 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Urology Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy urology practice. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, managing referrals, maintaining accurate patient records, and facilitating communication between patients, providers, and staff to ensure efficient patient care and clinic workflow.
JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION
Minimum:
High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by theState Board of Education Preferred:
Medical terminology, computer skills, office equipmentEXPERIENCE
Ability to prioritize in high-stress periods (due to unpredictable workload) required.Preferred:
