We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Therapy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and manage cancellations using electronic health record (EHR) system. Attention to detail for documentation review, care plan support, and maintaining accurate medical records. Assist patients with therapy setup, guidance, and flow within the office Support the clinical team with basic therapy-related tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas Perform general administrative and front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk, customer service, or therapy assistant experience preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
