We are seeking a dynamic personality who can answer phones and engage with customers. We have branded our inventory homes as THE solution to home buying and are very proud of it. Though we have plenty of customer orders we need help with paperwork on to support our pricers in their daily duties. The best part is that we can be flexible with time off and needs of parents etc.
Receptionist / Administrative
Assistant - Job Responsibilities Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet and assist customers, visitors, vendors and contractors as needed. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, plans and deliveries. Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, copying and document organization. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic documents, spreadsheets and data entry. Set up, organize and maintain files for new home projects. Distribute house plans, product information and other project documents to the appropriate employees and contractors. Track documents requiring signatures, approvals, updates or follow-up and help ensure they are completed and returned. Assist management and other departments with routine administrative tasks as needed. Maintain organized and accurate paper and electronic records. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, vendors and contractors. Prioritize multiple tasks, follow through on assignments and meet established deadlines. Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee and customer information. Keep the reception and front office area organized and professional. Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$8.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
