Secretary/Receptionist

Answer phone calls from customers. Generate and distribute service tickets in ticketing system. Take messages/relay information for support staff. Greet walk-in customers and process transactions. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time position and hours are somewhat flexible. Options would be; M-F 9AM•1PM. Mon, Tues, Wed 8AM to 5PM with one hour lunch Mon, Wed, Fri 8AM to 5PM with one hour lunch Willing to work around college hours if applicable. Must be reliable and punctual. Have great verbal and written communication skills. Must have great customer service. Please provide proposed work schedule with application/resume. Please provide three references.

$14.00•$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15•28 per week
