Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, ensuring that all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and directing calls as necessary. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper, ensuring timely responses. Maintain an orderly front desk area, ensuring it is always presentable. Assist with office management tasks as needed to support overall operations. Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers when required. Qualifications Proven experience in a clerical or office role, preferably as a receptionist or front desk associate. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
