  • Part-time New Hope Shelter is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional individuals to join our team.
We are hiring for a Sunday morning and daytime position to help support daily shelter operations and provide a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This position is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and committed to serving others in a respectful and supportive setting. Available Shifts Sunday Morning Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond in a professional and courteous manner Assist residents with questions, needs, and general support Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment through light cleaning duties Manage facility entry access by opening doors and assisting individuals entering the shelter Support front desk and shelter operations throughout the shift Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere for residents, guests, and staff Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable interacting with diverse populations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability is strongly preferred Position Type Part-time What We're Looking For This is more than a job — it's a mission field.
