The ideal candidate must be available for evening shifts and be willing and able to work Night Auditor shifts as needed. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, answering phones, making and managing reservations, handling payments, assisting guests with their requests, and maintaining a clean and professional front desk area. Night Auditor duties will include completing the overnight audit, balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and assisting overnight guests. Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, reliability, and excellent customer service are required. Bilingual candidates are welcome. Must be flexible with scheduling and comfortable working both Evening and Night Audit shifts.
