Job Description

Responsibilities A receptionist, you are responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks necessary to keep our front desk running in an efficient, organized way. Must have some prior experience working as a Medical Receptionist. .
Your duties will include:
Greeting visitors at the front desk and attending to them during their registration process Answering telephone Typing workplace documents if needed. Scanning paper files. Maintaining paper files Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required Insurance entry Work environment The receptionist will work upfront usually in a relaxed, low-stress environment. However, this workplace may become more stressful at times. Schedule Part-time 10-16 hrs per week from 3-6pm and rotating weekends. Schedule is flexible. Major Holidays we are closed. Education High School Graduate or Associates Database management Basic computer use, including competence with word processing, database, and spreadsheet software Skills Basic computer literacy
  • Receptionist must be able to use word processing, database, and spreadsheet software and the internet. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is particularly important. Organization
  • Must be organized and use time management skills to keep schedules straight and multitask on a variety of clerical duties. Written and oral communication
  • In this role, the administrative assistant need to speak to other staff members and visitors to the business, and compose letters, emails, and social media posts using correct grammar and spelling. Personable nature
  • As the point of contact for many staff members and visitors to the business, an appealing personality is essential along with compassion and empathy. Attention to detail
  • It's vital that all tasks the administrative assistant undertakes are completed to a high standard without errors. Proofreading drafts of reports and letters you're asked to type. Team player
