Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff member. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Schedule meeting rooms for staff. Complete general administrative tasks and assist with special projects. Provide excellent customer service while handling a variety of inquiries. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily interactions.

High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Comfortable using computers, online resources, and web-based applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment. Experience handling sensitive or complex inquiries is preferred.
