Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Wellness Experience Curator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about wellness, loves interacting with people, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a Wellness Experience Curator, you will be the face of our studio, ensuring that every guest has a seamless and rejuvenating experience.

Hours:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic team members with flexible availability for weekday shifts ( 10:00 AM

• 4:00 PM , 4:00 PM
• 8:00 PM) AND weekend availability ( 10:00 AM
• 3:00 PM , 3:00PM
• 8:00 PM).

This is part time employment of approx 10-15 hours a week availability . While we are prioritizing candidates for these time slots, additional hours may be available throughout the weekend and on Sundays as well. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients with a positive and friendly attitude. Assist clients with booking appointments and navigating our services. Guide new clients through their first visit, explaining how to use the equipment and what to expect during their session. Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the studio, including turnover of sauna rooms and cold plunge suites. Ensure towels, hydration stations, and other amenities are fully stocked and readily available for guests. Educate clients on the benefits of our services and answer any questions they may have. Support the sales team by promoting memberships and packages. Provide top-notch customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and uplifting environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

Dependable A genuine passion for health and wellness. Previous experience in nursing, customer service or hospitality is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A team-player mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
