Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? We are seeking a Part-Time Central Supply Clerk / Receptionist to become an important part of our skilled nursing team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Assist with clerical duties including filing, copying, and data entry. Receive, organize, and distribute medical and office supplies. Maintain inventory levels and place supply orders as needed. Stock nursing units and ensure supplies are readily available. Assist various departments with administrative support. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous receptionist, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to lift and remain active throughout the workday. Why Join Us?
