This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions to keep our workplace running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and word processing to support office functions Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, supply inventory, and basic bookkeeping activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining positive client communication Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily office activities Skills Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Strong office management skills with experience in handling front desk operations and administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy for various clerical tasks Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective client communication skills coupled with professional personal assistant experience including calendar management Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and maintaining organized records Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while demonstrating time management expertise Previous office experience with familiarity in bookkeeping, customer support, and general clerical functions is preferred
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
