Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, managing a busy front office, and providing strong administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous mannerManage incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and provide accurate informationCoordinate front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentableSchedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars as neededHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesPerform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systemsSupport administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document managementAssist with office coordination, including supply management and basic operational supportCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
