We specialize in providing comprehensive payroll, bookkeeping, tax, and auditing services to help our clients thrive. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our firm. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and friendly first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical tasks including proofreading and document preparation Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with general administrative duties Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms Technical proficiency with office management tools such as QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated experience in office or administrative support roles with clerical experience preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high productivity levels Computer literacy including typing speed, proofreading skills, and familiarity with productivity software
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
