This role serves as the face of the office and provides administrative and receptionist support to leadership, staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain front desk and reception area operations Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings Provide administrative support to executives and office staff Manage calendars, correspondence, and general office communications Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Prepare reports, presentations, and office documents as needed Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary Organize and maintain filing systems and company records Assist with meeting preparation, office events, and company functions Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or executive assistant role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
