Exceptional phone etiquette is a must.

Duties include:

Operates switchboard and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments. Utilizes paging system, and voice mail systems to ensure proper routing of calls. Collects and verifies telephone numbers, addresses, etc; performs data entry into a computerized database. Performs various clerical duties as required. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Great benefits !
