General Summary We are seeking a customer-focused, resourceful, and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role goes beyond answering phones and greeting visitors it requires someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning the business, and providing helpful first-line support to customers, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate can quickly assess needs, identify solutions, follow through on requests, and ensure inquiries are handled accurately and professionally while creating a positive experience for everyone they encounter. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, vendors, and customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience. Listen actively to customer inquiries, determine needs, and provide initial assistance or solutions whenever possible. Learn company operations, services, processes, and departmental functions to effectively guide customers and answer routine questions. Independently research issues, gather information, and resolve inquiries or connect individuals with the appropriate resources. Ensure timely follow-through on requests, questions, and concerns to promote a positive customer experience. Route calls and inquiries efficiently while providing relevant information to minimize unnecessary transfers. Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees through responsive and service-oriented communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Perform administrative support functions, including filing, scanning, document management, and data entry. Assist departments with clerical and administrative projects as needed. Identify opportunities to improve front-office processes and enhance customer service effectiveness. Your ability to understand the business, solve problems, and provide knowledgeable first-line support helps ensure inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or a related role preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, gather information, and identify appropriate solutions. Ability and willingness to learn company operations, services, and processes quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and standard office equipment.
