Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office software and Point of Sale Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure quick retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or management teams Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring positive client communication at all times Experience Proven clerical experience in an office setting, preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience in front desk operations within medical or dental offices is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and proper phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will make a real impact!
