We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who can make that first interaction feel welcoming, organized, and professional. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while helping the office run smoothly throughout the day. This role suits someone who communicates with confidence, notices the details, and enjoys making it easier for others to do their work well. Your role at the front desk Welcome visitors, confirm appointments, and direct them to the appropriate person Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries with courtesy and discretion Coordinate meeting rooms and help ensure they are ready for client visits Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and routine office correspondence Keep reception and shared client areas presentable Update calendars and records accurately Assist colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks when needed What you will bring A professional, approachable manner in person and over the phone Strong organization and attention to detail The ability to stay composed when several people need your help at once Clear written communication and confidence using email and digital calendars Good judgment when handling confidential information Previous reception or office experience is welcome, but we will also consider applicants with transferable experience in hospitality or other public-facing roles.
