Job Description
The receptionist provides a variety of secretarial duties as pertains to patients from birth to maturity for clinic. Is responsible for greeting patients, determining their needs and directing them accordingly. Answer phones, make appointments, take messages, receive payments and issue receipts. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required. In undertaking their duties, all professionals are to act independently, being responsible for their actions to the physicians and office manager. The Receptionist is to act in accordance with the highest professional medical standards of personal behavior and concern for the patients' well-being.
