Job Description
Premier Therapeutics is seeking a reliable and welcoming FrontDesk Receptionist for our Slidell clinic. This role is the first point of contact for clients and is essential to maintaining a smooth, organized, and professional environment. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist will greet clients as they arrive, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, schedule new and recurring appointments, and handle incoming phone calls. This role also supports the clinical team by keeping the office tidy, restocking supplies and refreshments, and ensuring therapists are prepared for their next client. Key Responsibilities Greet all clients and direct them to seating, facilities, and refreshments. Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages to therapists and administrative staff. Schedule upcoming appointments and reschedule cancelled sessions. Maintain a neat, organized, and fully stocked office environment. Support therapists by ensuring they are ready for their next client.
