Job Description

```Duties```
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
  • Ability to use basic math for taking payments
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide support to other departments as needed ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Products
