Agawam South RehabNursing is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for a full-time position.
Pay:
$17.50-$18.50 per hour The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the main console is attended at all times, answering and directing calls, greeting residents and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires someone who is professional, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to create a welcoming first impression. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service and clerical support experience Experience answering multi-line phone systems Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Knowledge of basic office equipment, including copier, printer, and fax Professional appearance and strong communication skills Join a friendly work environment where your professionalism and customer service make a difference every day.
